Dairy

We bake and cook without dairy. We add cheese and other dairy products only with certain selections and upon request.

Soy

We are virtually soy free.  We offer organic soy milk for our coffee guests.  Soy lecithin is in our Belgian Chocolate & Natural Sprinkles, but we do not bake or cook with soy.

Fish & Shellfish

We offer tongol tuna and occasionally other fish and shellfish on our menu. We bake and cook without sea salt.

Coconut

We love baking and cooking with coconut. Certain selections are available coconut free.

Eggs

Select items are available egg free.

NEVER

ARTIFICIAL COLORS

We only use natural food colorings made from fruits and vegetables.

CORN SYRUP

We do not use corn syrup or high-fructose corn syrup or purchase ingredients that contain these items.

HYDROGENATED FATS

We do not use any hydrogenated fats.

OUR NO-NO LIST

We carefully evaluate each and every ingredient we use to ensure they meet our quality standards. While there are many definitions of what should and shouldn’t be in our food, we believe transparency is important for you to understand what guides us. In addition to our Food Philosophy, below is a list of ingredients we find unacceptable in our food (our No-No List).
