We are virtually soy free. We offer organic soy milk for our coffee guests. Soy lecithin is in our Belgian Chocolate & Natural Sprinkles, but we do not bake or cook with soy.
We offer tongol tuna and occasionally other fish and shellfish on our menu. We bake and cook without sea salt.
We love baking and cooking with coconut. Certain selections are available coconut free.

We only use natural food colorings made from fruits and vegetables.
We do not use corn syrup or high-fructose corn syrup or purchase ingredients that contain these items.
We do not use any hydrogenated fats.
